“This house na set up” – Peruzzi cries out as the cost of building a house hits hard

Nigerian singer Peruzzi has disclosed that he is exiting his budget after buying his new mansion in Lagos. The singer took to Instagram to label the new house as a ‘set up’.

Asides from the million Peruzzi splashed on acquiring the building, he is spending even more in setting it up to meet his standard and it seems there is a difficulty in sticking to his budget.

We understand that it can be really difficult to determine how much you can afford to spend when purchasing and designing a home.
