Tobi Smallz coming from his previous project “Dreams & Dejavu” as we expects his sophomore album by 2021 , dished out this body of work “1619 & Blacks” which he called a sequel. The Artist reflects the present times and happenings, as He represents a voice and point out pressing issues as regards Modern day slavery , Police brutality , Racism and so on.
