Tiger Woods: Five Drugs Found In Golfer’s System During Arrest

According to a toxicology report, Tiger Woods had five different drugs in his system at the time of his arrest in May for driving under the influence.

The urine test done, revealed a mixture of painkillers, anti-depressants, sleep and anxiety drugs, as well as THC (a chemical component in Marijuana).

The 14-time majors’ winner pleaded not guilty last week to the DUI charges.

After the results of the toxicology came out, Woods is now expected to admit to the lesser charge of reckless driving and serve 12 months probation.

“As I previously said, I received professional help to manage my medications,” said Woods on Monday.

“Recently, I had been trying on my own to treat my back pain and a sleep disorder, including insomnia, but I realise now it was a mistake to do this without medical assistance.”

The toxicology results, made public by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, showed the presence of:

  • Hydrocodone (Vicodin)
  • Hydromorphone (Dilaudid)
  • Alprazolam (Xanax)
  • Zolpidem (Ambien)
  • Delta-9 carboxy THC
