Cannyace started his music career in the year 2011 and he has lots of singles to crown his un relentless efforts.

Tell Us More About Your Family and Educational Background
- Uhm, I came from a family of four “all Boys”.
- My dad is Actually late tho. We lost him to sickness 6years ago. May his gentle soul rest in peace.
- And about Educational Background, I had my primary school education at ABBOT DAY SPRING SCHOOL At Ayobo,Lagos
- Then I kicked off my secondary school education at Isefun Community senior Secondary. Unfortunately, I lost my dad during that time to I couldn’t further more. So I decided to chase my dream. Then, I stepped into the music world. And, I Have been doing really great ever since.

So at what age did you kick off your music career?
- Thanks!
Yea, If I Could Really Remember. I started Doing Music Back Then In School Since 2011. I Think I Should Be Around 17- 18years Old Then.
What was your Mum’s reaction when she got to know about your Music Career?
- Hmmmm! Shout Out To My Mum. She Has Always Been This Supportive Mother From Day One. She Wasn’t Against Me Doing Music Tho.
That’s great, How did you come up with the name Cannyace?
- Hmmm! Cannyace. Lot Of People Has Been Willing To Know This. So I Think It’s High Time I Let People Know What “Cannyace” Really Means…..
Cannyace Was Actually Created From The Combination Of Two Dictionary Words “Canny” + “Ace”. Canny Means “Wise” While “Ace” Means Champion. So The Combination Of the Two Words Makes “Wise Champion”. Simple As That. That Was How I Came About It.
In the Nigeria Music Industry today, who do you look up to?
- Uhm! I Can’t Really Say This Is Who I Am Looking Up To. I Just Listen To Anybody Who Does Good Music. Let me Just Say I Look Up To A Good Music Doer.
But, Olamide Is A Good Example tho. He Inspires Me A lot.
Where do you get your inspirations from?
- My Inspiration Comes From God And The Street. Mainly, The Street And Everything That Happens Around Me.
What is your Best Color?
- Black. I Love Black A Lot. I Don’t Like Flashy Colours.

- Hmmmm! Victoria Kimani. Vicky…That’s What I Fundly Call Her.

- Yea, Mogul Records, Let me Say Hard Work Pays. I Have Been Really Consistent Lately, Dropping Jam Back To Back.
Unknown To Me, Mogul Records Has Been Around The Corner Watching My Step And Following Up My Music.
So They Just Called Me Up One Day And There We Go.
