Nigerian veteran rapper, Ruggedman took to his Instagram page to share a photo of two beautiful ladies.
One of them he believed was indecently dressed and he used the caption to chastise the lady on the right.
He wrote:
Is this not stupidity?
What baffles me is that 90% of the time, such girls are with friends who are fully/decently dressed
