Bruno Mars Perform ‘Versace’ On The Floor At Billboard Music Awards

Peter Gene Hernandez, known professionally as Bruno Mars, is an American singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, record producer, and choreographer.

Bruno brought the romance to the Billboard Music Awards. Live from Amsterdam — where he is currently on his “24K Magic World Tour” — the Grammy-winning crooner closed out Sunday’s show with “Versace on the Floor.”

While Bruns broke it down with bedroom-ready harmonies, his laser light show added even more flare to the set. Meanwhile, Tetris-like blocks craned down to provide a dazzling visual display of purple, blue, and yellow hues.

Backed by his band, Mars showed off some debonaire dance moves in the middle of his performance. And for the finale, the 24K Magic star stood atop a giant Versace logo.

Despite his show-stopping performance, the R&B crooner walked away empty handed. He was up for three Billboard Music Awards: Top R&B Artist, Top R&B Album (24K Magic), and Top R&B Song (“24K Magic”).

Earlier this month, another 24K Magic single, “That’s What I Like,” topped the Billboard Hot 100. The song became Bruno’s fifth No. 1 following “What I Was Your Man,” “Locked Out of Heaven,” “Just the Way You Are,” and “Grenade.”
